This space favors the Oralshop user's contact with the team Oralshop. Through it, the users can put their questions, either technical or operational nature, and obtain from Oralshop an answer within 24 hours.

• How you can make the payment of your order to Oralshop?

There are several forms of payment at your disposal:

• How could you know the status of your order?

1 - You will receive an email confirming your order, that include the items in your order, the quantity, delivery address of the order and the desired payment option.
2 - You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped.
3 - You can control the status of your order through the shipping code associated with your order.
